Two Pit Firings are Planned for the Ellison Bay Arts Crawl This Weekend.

We are THE place for “Art for Every Day” functional stoneware and Pit Fired Ceramic Art.

This weekend, during the crawl, for the first time ever, we will have a pit firing each day. Saturday morning @ 11, John and Diane will begin the process by treating the surface of their pottery with different materials while explaining how they found a passion for this alternative way of firing, and how science and art are connected. That will be repeated Sunday.
